Joining the Meety Community

These Rules apply to all Meety users. By participating, you confirm you are at least 13, can form binding agreements where required, and will follow these rules alongside our Terms and Privacy Statement. Paid and mature features are for users 18+.

Treat Others with Respect

Meety exists for open conversation — not harm. Unacceptable behaviour includes:

• Hate speech or discrimination based on protected characteristics
• Harassment, stalking, threats, or persistent unwanted contact
• Bullying, public shaming, or actions that damage wellbeing
• Promoting violence or encouraging self-harm

Prohibited Content

All posts, messages, and uploads must comply with law and community standards:

• Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or explicit pornography
• Graphic violence, dangerous challenges, or harmful instructions
• Illegal activity or unauthorised sale of regulated goods
• Spam, scams, pyramid schemes, and repetitive promotions

Be Authentic

• Represent yourself honestly — no impersonation of people, brands, or public figures
• Do not spread manipulated or deceptive content
• Do not create alternate accounts to evade bans or enforcement

Protect Privacy

• Never share another person's private details without consent
• Do not record or republish private conversations without agreement from all parties
• Respect blocks, mutes, and requests to stop contact

Member Responsibilities

• Protect login credentials; report unauthorised access to lardinpoellabauerib460@gmail.com
• You own original content; Meety holds a limited licence to display it for service operation
• Do not post material that infringes copyright, trademark, or other IP
• You are legally responsible for what you publish

Updates & Leaving Meety

We may update these Rules as Meety evolves. Significant changes receive at least 14 days' notice. Continued use means acceptance. Exit anytime by deleting your account.

Applicable Law

Governed by California, USA law. Community enforcement disputes fall under Santa Clara County, California courts unless local law requires otherwise.
