Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of Meety (the "Platform"). By installing, registering, or continuing to use the app, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Information Statement, Community Rules, and applicable laws.

If you disagree, discontinue use. We may update these Terms; continued use after publication means acceptance.

Eligibility — Who May Use Meety

• Be at least 13 years old — no accounts for anyone younger
• Obtain parental consent if 13–17 where your region requires it
• Be 18+ for paid, premium, or mature features
• Have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement
• Not be barred by law from using communication platforms

Account Registration & Security

Registration. Provide accurate information including a valid email or phone for verification.

Your duty. Safeguard your password and login details. Activity under your account is attributed to you.

Acceptable Use & Restrictions

Meety is for genuine conversation. You must not:

• Use Meety for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity — fraud, harassment, or malware
• Impersonate any person, brand, or public figure
• Share sexually explicit, violent, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content
• Disrupt Meety through hacking, scraping, spam, or server overload
• Harvest other users' personal data without clear permission
• Share, sell, or transfer account credentials to others

Content Ownership & Platform Rights

Your content. You retain ownership. By posting on Meety, you grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process content to operate the Platform.

Our assets. Meety software, branding, and design belong to us or licensors. Do not copy without written permission.

Suspension & Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access — with or without notice — if you:

• Violate these Terms, Privacy Statement, or Community Rules
• Engage in illegal, deceptive, or harmful conduct
• Fail to comply with applicable laws
• Endanger users, systems, or Platform integrity

Service Disclaimer

Meety is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or complete security. We are not liable for content loss beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lardin Poellabauer and Meety are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Governing Law & Disputes

Governed by California, USA law. Disputes should be resolved through good-faith discussion first; unresolved claims may be brought in Los Angeles County, California courts.

General Provisions

These Terms are the complete agreement between you and Meety. If any clause is invalid, the remainder stays in effect. Non-enforcement once does not waive a provision permanently.
